He chose to be a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, and since his current favorite color is red, he picked Raphael. It helped that daddy had a real pair of sai for him to pose with.
The mask is felt, and the rest of the costume is flannel. It was a cold Halloween here, which is why I chose flannel for his costume. He was the only one of us not frozen by the end of the night. The lines on the shell and elbow/knee pads were drawn on with a brown sharpie marker.
I asked for "action" shots, so that is exactly what he gave me. hehe
